Siramanager is a web-based application created specifically for managing administration at Sekolah Islam Ramah Anak. The first version of the app’s development allowed its users to manage student, employee, and payment data within the school environment. The entire work on this application took five months until it was finally deployed for use in schools, starting from making system designs, user interfaces, to coding and filling databases.
Overall, the app has implemented user authorization so that only the authorized users are allowed to perform certain actions, such as making submissions and approvals for the withdrawal of school budgets. The app has also supported its users (who are school employees) to update their respective personal data. As for the payment aspect, this application has facilitated to make payments such as cashiers and issue bills that must be paid every month by each student.
The development of this application is not final and will continue to be developed on an ongoing basis. Among the features that will be added in the near future are:
- Management of employee salaries
- Reporting on the use of school budgets
As for the longer period of time, the application will be developed so that it can create messages privately and publicly, as well as share to-do lists for all team members.
